The Office on General Services also helps to monitor the level of flood waters at the flood prone Barangays, as the garbage collection system in these areas is frequently affected.

When the Barangay perform their cleaning program, the Office on Genral Services can assist them by providing dumptrucks to facilitate their wastes.
The Office on General Services do assist also in maintaining the Portalets in the evacuation centers during flood.
