Seminar on Franchising Business

The Junior Chamber International (JCI) had celebrated its Annual JCI WEEK in April 15-22, 2012 together with its members throughout the country. As done before, that week was filled with activities such as Reach-out, Seminar/Trainings, Learning and Games.

One of the highlight activities is the Seminar on Franchising Business. This was successfully held in partnership with the City Government of Cotabato and Department of Trade Industry – XII at Social Hall of People's Palace. JCI member CEASAR B. LARO, JR. of Francorp International was the Lecturer. Francorp International is the Consulting Firm which developed the franchising system of the big brands in the industry namely Jolibee, Max's Bench, David's Salon, and many others.

The training was attended by several representatives from Marine Battalion, some employees from DTI-XII, Officials from the City Government of Cotabato, and representatives from business personalities in the city.

At the end of the training, the participants were able to understand the advantages of owning a franchising business. The lecturer also presented some small, medium, and large business firms that offer a good opportunity for franchising.
