EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 152

DECLARING MR. ADAM BREIMO AS ADOPTED SON OF COTABATO CITY

WHEREAS, Mr. Adam Breimo, founder of Gussmann Technologies Sdn BHD and Chief Executive Officer of Global Telematics Sdn BHD, both of Malaysia, had been working hard to establish a link between Malaysian businessmen and their counterparts in Cotabato City;

WHEREAS, through the efforts of Mr. Breimo, the historical ties between the people of Johor, Malaysia and Cotabato City was revitalized resulting in the official visit of Mayor Japal J. Guiani, Jr. to Johor, Malaysia on December 7-13, 2015 upon the invitation of His Royal Highness Sultan Ibrahim Ismail ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar Al-Haj of the Sultanate of Johor;

WHEREAS, on January 25, 2016, Adam Breimo accompanied a group of businessmen and investors from the State of Johor for a business trip to Cotabato City thereby opening the way for the establishment of a trade relations between the two people;

WHEREAS, these efforts of Mr. Adam Breimo deserves more than felicitations, thus the City Government of Cotabato considers it worthy to bestow on Mr. Adam Breimo the title of "Adopted Son of Cotabato City";

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JAPAL J. GUIANI, JR., City Mayor of Cotabato, by virtue of the power vested in me by law, do hereby confer and declare Mr. Adam Breimo as an Adopted Son of Cotabato City.
