Four video karera machines were successfully destroyed this morning inside the People's Palace Compound. After the presentation of the City PNP to Mayor Japal Guiani, Jr, he personally hammered the chips used by the machines to operate and then were smashed by a road roller and a payloader.

OPLAN KANDADO starts. Twenty eight establishments, closed because of operating without permits.

The Task Force on the Closure of Unlicensed Business Establishment of the City Government has started its operation, Tuesday. Out of the 57 identified establishments operating illegally in the city, closure orders were already served to 28.
